How to solve the missing wheel sensor message issue on a Mercedes W211.

Model: Mercedes Classe E W211 - Years 2002-2009
Part: Tires

Let's see how to diagnose and resolve the issue of the "sensor missing on the wheel" message on our Mercedes E-Class W211. The first thing to do is to perform a complete reset of the TPMS system: adjust the tire pressures, turn on the ignition, and using the controller on the steering wheel, press the "home" button; scroll left to "service," then down to "tires," and then down again to "reset." Driving for a few kilometers allows the system to recalibrate. If the warning reappears after some time, then it is a physical problem, and a TPMS sensor reader is needed (consult a professional). The reader will indicate "low battery," or it may not give any signal (the sensor is damaged). If the signal is okay, then the problem could be with the control unit or the wiring. The only solution is to replace the sensor, as the battery cannot be replaced. If this is the case, it is advisable to change all the sensors because they were activated together and will soon deplete one after the other.

Installation of Upgraded Intercooler Radiator with Pipes

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system. Position the new intercooler radiator in the grille, temporarily securing it with cable ties, and mark with a marker the part of the metal that needs to be removed to allow the new hoses to pass through. Cut the marked portion of metal and apply a gasket to the edge. Remove the inner cover of the bumper and position it near the radiator to identify any interfering parts to eliminate: again, apply a gasket to the edge of the cut. Create brackets for securing the new radiator and proceed with the installation of the connecting pipes from the radiator to the intake, shaping and connecting them appropriately. Finally, reassemble the bumper, headlights, and grille.
