Mercedes Classe E - Video tutorial

Model: Mercedes Classe E W211 - Years 2002-2009
Part: Oil filter
Operation: Filter and engine oil replacement

Lift the machine and secure it with the special supports so that it cannot fall. The necessary tools are a ratchet wrench, a set of fixed wrenches, an oil cartridge, a bowl and the tool to remove the filter. Start by removing the engine guard by unscrewing the four bolts. Place the oil collection pan under the engine. Unscrew the oil cap on the engine sump and drain it. Using a square wrench and the appropriate tool, unscrew the filter and remove the cartridge. Replace the exhausted filter cartridge with a new one, but first clean the inside of the filter, then refit the filter. Also replace the copper gasket of the oil cap and that of the filter. Close the oil cap, refit the oil filter and top up with new oil checking the level using the dipstick. Do not disperse the used oil in the environment but take it to the appropriate collection centers.

How to open the Fiat Panda petrol tank flap

In this video we proceed to the explanation, also verbal, of the technical operation of the opening and closing of the petrol tank cap. With the ignition on, the fuel cap, or rather the fuel filler flap, is open and therefore accessible. When trying to turn off the aforementioned ignition and then lock the car with the key, it is assumed that the petrol door, as well as the doors of the car, are closed, but this is not the case, in fact the latter in practice always remains open. Ultimately, you can access the fuel tank whether the car is closed or open.
