If the airbag light appears on the instrument cluster of your MG 3 Mk2 without an actual problem with the system, you will need to perform a manual reset of the sensor. In this new mini guide, we will show you how. First, turn off your MG 3 completely and go to the area under the passenger seat.

Locate the two electrical connectors and disconnect the green one. Wait a few seconds and reconnect it. Now insert the key and turn on the ignition. If you did everything correctly, the airbag light should be gone.
