How to Replace the Water Pump on Opel Astra J 1.6 CDTi

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the water pump on an Opel Astra J with a 1.6 CDTi engine. Start by removing the front right wheel, lifting the vehicle; then remove the wheel arch screws using a T20 Torx spanner. Next, loosen the tensioner with a socket spanner to remove the serpentine belt; then remove the intake hose by unscrewing the clamp screw, and unscrew the screws from the water pump pulley. Finally, remove the left engine mount by unscrewing the bolts, and take out the water pump!
