In this video tutorial, see how to replace the water pump on an Opel Meriva B by following these simple steps: First, disconnect the battery cables to avoid short circuits. Next, drain the coolant; the cap is located under the radiator. Remove the air filter housing and its respective pipes. Place a jack under the engine for support; unscrew the engine block under the air filter housing. Unscrew the pin accordingly, lift the pulley, and remove the Poly-V belt. Unscrew the pump and thermostat, taking care with the pump screws as they have different lengths. Reassemble everything in reverse order.
