To remove the front bumper of an Opel Meriva, start by lifting the bonnet and locating the upper fixing screws of the bumper, usually positioned under the front of the bonnet. Use a screwdriver or suitable spanner to remove them.

Next, position yourself under the vehicle and look for the screws or bolts securing the lower edge of the bumper. Remove them using the appropriate tools.

After removing the screws or bolts, check for any clips along the sides of the bumper. Use a plastic tool to gently detach the clips.

Once all the fixings are removed, proceed to disengage the bumper by pulling it gently outward and upward. Be cautious of any electrical connectors for parking sensors or fog lights, if present.

Disconnect them carefully to avoid damaging the wires. Once the bumper is removed, carry out any necessary repairs or replacements.

For reassembly, follow the steps in reverse order, ensuring to reconnect the connectors and securely fasten all fixings.
