How to change the fuel filter of a Peugeot/Citroen 1.6 HDi

In this video we see how to change the diesel filter of a Peugeot/Citroen 1.6 HDi engine: to access the filter it will be necessary to remove the air hose, rotating it counterclockwise. We will also need to remove the brake fluid reservoir, fixed by T30 screws; then we remove the suction tube that goes to the air filter. We also remove the cover of the monoblock, disconnect the MAF sensor and finally find the diesel filter. Now we remove the connector and remove the upper fuel hose and the transparent exhaust hose and then pull out the filter. Now on the bench we remove the fuel sensor, also remove the two gaskets that we need to change and are part of the new filter and place the sensor in its place on the new filter, which we can reposition in its place, putting back the hoses and the connector, then we put back all the components that we removed or moved to allow us access to the filter.
