How to replace the battery in the remote key of a Peugeot 308? Let’s see in detail how to do this. Take your remote key, pry between the two parts of the plastic key cover. Pry until the cover opens. Remove the plastic body and open it with your hands: extract the worn battery using a screwdriver, take a new one of the same size and voltage. Refit the cover on your remote by pressing down until you hear it click into place. Check the proper functioning of the remote key.
