How to Change the Engine Oil in a Peugeot 301

This guide shows how to change the engine oil in a Peugeot 301. After safely lifting the vehicle, unscrew the 16 mm cap to drain the oil pan. Use a container to collect the used fluid. Unscrew the oil filter with a cup wrench and let the remaining oil drain out. Clean any residues and install the new filter cartridge after lubricating the seal. Reinstall the oil pan cap and fill the reservoir. At this point, reset the warning light from the dashboard by holding down the trip reset button and turning on the ignition.
