In this video, see where to locate the fuse boxes of the Peugeot 301: the first box is found inside the engine compartment, near the battery and close to the right side of the body. Another box can be found in the passenger compartment, near the driver's steering wheel; it is located on the left side of the dashboard, positioned below the steering wheel.

To open it, disengage the cover by pulling up on the right side and then to the left, then fully detach the cover and flip it over. Inside this box, you will find the fuse for the power outlet (which is the one we know for the cigarette lighter) and it is labeled as number F16.
