Saab 9 3 - Video tutorial

Model: Saab 9 3 MK 2 - Years 2002-2014
Part: Door
Operation: Removal and refitting of the rear door panel

Before carrying out any maintenance on the car, it is good practice to disconnect the battery even if you simply have to remove the door panel. The door panel of the Saab 9-3 has two T30 screws behind the handle cover. When you unscrew the screws they will probably stay in place and fall out when you remove the panel, be careful not to lose them. Using a lever (preferably made of plastic so as not to scratch the bodywork) force close to the snap plugs, when they are all released, pull the panel upwards. Unhook the opening lever rod and the two electrical connectors. When reassembling, pay attention to the tie rod, making sure it is well connected and works regularly, and also to the safety pin. Before knocking to hook the plugs make sure they are correctly aligned with the holes, otherwise you risk damaging them.

Where are the fuses of the Volvo FH located?

All the fuses of the Volvo FH are located inside the fuse box located in the vehicle cabin: in order to access the box it will be necessary to unhook the internal fixing clips that block the panel in the upper part of the dashboard, along its entire length. extension. Once this panel has been removed, it will be possible to access the fuses and replace them if necessary: here it will be possible to identify the fuses that take care of the operation of the windshield wipers, the cigarette lighter, the headlights, etc. In the vehicle manual each fuse is indicated with its amperage.
