Here are the symptoms of a faulty throttle body on a Skoda Fabia MK1: the first is a slow response from the accelerator; the car is drivable, but the reaction is sluggish. Then, consider the engine warning light illumination; a sudden loss of power without warning is also a symptom, and it is the worst as it makes the vehicle undriveable and creates a dangerous situation if it occurs while driving.

When the engine light, EPC light, and TCS light illuminate on the dashboard, you can be sure of a fault.
