If there is a dent near the taillight, it is necessary to remove the latter in order to carry out the repair in the best possible way. Open the rear bonnet and remove the grille placed right in correspondence with the light; then unscrew the fixing nuts of the light itself: some of these are difficult to reach and it is therefore necessary to remove the side carpet covering, which first requires the removal of the interior carpet and the plastic moldings. Once the taillight disassembly has been completed, proceed with the repair of the bodywork: sand any rust present, fill, sand and finally apply some primer before painting.
