How to Remove the Water Radiator from a Suzuki Jimny

Need to replace the car radiator? Here’s how to remove it from inside the engine bay of the Jimny. To remove the radiator, you must take off the front grille, then you can proceed with the disassembly. Remove the plates that secure the radiator at the top, then lift the car on a column lift and loosen the securing clamp of the water hose. Disconnect the various coolant hoses using pliers. Once free from screws and pipes, you can extract the radiator. Install the new part in the engine bay with all the necessary components for operation. Tighten the plastics and front grille securely with a socket wrench. Fit the grille at the end of the assembly.
