Replacement of Front Headlight Bulb

Model: Toyota Prius MK 1 - Years 2004-2009

To replace the front headlight bulbs, you must first remove the headlight itself, which also requires removing the front bumper: start by removing the plastic cover on the grille (unscrew the fixing screws and remove the clips); unscrew the fixing screws along the lower edge of the bumper (you also need to remove the splash guard) and inside the wheel arch, then detach the bumper by disconnecting the fog light connectors and proceed to remove the headlights. Unscrew the headlight fixing pins, disconnect the connectors attached to the headlight, and place it on a work surface to replace the bulbs: detach the bulb holder cap, disconnect the ignition unit, unclip the bulb retaining springs and replace it with the new one. Reverse the steps for reassembly.
