Removing the Radio from the Dashboard of a Toyota Corolla

To remove the radio from a Toyota Corolla, see how to take it out from inside the car's dashboard. Remove the cover under the radio where the air knobs are located (use a plastic lever). Detach the trim around the stereo (where the air vents are located on the sides). Use a screwdriver to unscrew the securing screws on either side of the radio. Pull the radio out by hand and disconnect the cables (power and antenna). Take the new radio, connect the electrical terminals, and insert everything back into the dashboard. At the end of the installation, turn it on and test its operation.
