This guide shows how to replace the clutch pedal safety switch on the Toyota Yaris. First, raise the steering wheel and push the driver's seat back to create more working space.

Remove the lower dashboard cover and disconnect the connected electrical cables. Locate the switch position and unscrew the 12mm nut to extract the switch; disconnect the power cable and replace the part with the new element.

Ensure it is installed correctly and re-tighten the fixing nut. Refit the dashboard panel and check the vehicle's correct operation.
