How to Replace the Alternator on a Toyota Avensis

Today, follow this guide to remove and replace the alternator on a Toyota Avensis. First, open the bonnet of your car and disconnect the battery. Then, raise the vehicle and remove the lower engine cover by unscrewing all the screws, as shown in the video. Next, remove the right front wheel; then take off the wheel arch liner and loosen the tensioner to remove the alternator belt. Finally, unscrew the alternator bolts and disconnect its wiring to remove it and replace it with the new one!
