Today we will see the guide that will allow us to disassemble and replace the alternator of the Toyota Avensis, following the instructions below. First we open the bonnet of our car and we begin to disconnect our battery beforehand; then we raise the car and remove the lower panel of the engine, unscrewing all the screws, as shown in the video. At this point we remove the right front wheel; then we disassemble the wheel arch and loosen the belt tensioner to remove the alternator belt. We just have to unscrew the alternator screws and disconnect its electrical wiring to remove it and replace it with the new one!
