Replacement of Remote Key Battery

Many Toyota models are equipped with the so-called Keyless system: inside the remote, there is a transponder that is recognised simply by approaching the vehicle, and to open it, just press the button on the door handle; similarly, to start the engine, just have the remote in your pocket and press the start button. To replace the battery (model CR 2032), separate the shells of the remote by prying at the designated slot, then remove the old battery and insert the new one, ensuring the correct polarity.
