Fuel Pump Replacement Instructions

Model: Toyota Celica T230 - Years 1999-2006
Part: Fuel pump

Disconnect one battery terminal for safety. Unscrew the fuel tank cap to allow any accumulated gas to vent. Lower the rear seatbacks, remove the plastic container, and unscrew the fastening pins of the rear seat to lift it and access the fuel pump housing. Remove the plastic cap protecting the pump, disconnect the fuel supply line and the feed and return pipes. Then unscrew the flange fastening pins of the pump and extract it from the tank. Next, disconnect the float and the bucket along with all other accessory components that need to be fitted to the new pump body. Finally, proceed in reverse for reassembly.
