Replacing the cabin air filter on the Volkswagen Golf mk6 is a simple and quick task that you can do independently, aided by our short video tutorial that will illustrate the steps to follow. In addition to the new filter, you will need a Phillips screwdriver.

To replace the filter, get inside the vehicle and remove the lower part of the glove compartment on the passenger side. After removing the filter cover, replace it with a new one and proceed to close the cover.

Turn on the instrument cluster to check that the replacement was successful.
