Replacement of the camshaft of the Volkswagen Golf Plus 1.9 TDI

Today's main instructions will show us how to disassemble and replace the camshaft of the Volkswagen Golf Plus 1.9 TDI. First, we get on board the car and start by disassembling and removing the air filter box, unscrewing the fixing screws and disconnecting the intake hose; then we unscrew the fixing screws found on the sides to remove the cylinder head cover, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove the camshaft, replacing it with the new original one; we reassemble and adjust the camshaft, reassembling the cylinder head cover with the new gasket.
