Volkswagen Golf - Video tutorial

Operation: Front wheel bearing replacement

Raise the car on a lift and remove the wheel where the repair is to be made. Unscrew the rear brake caliper fixing pins and remove it. Take out the pads and also remove the brake caliper support in order to free the disc. Then unscrew the disc fixing pin and remove it. Unscrew the nut fixing the half shaft in the center of the hub (using a pneumatic screwdriver, the tool is not necessary to block the rotation of the hub). Apply the extractor support to remove the drive shaft from the hub (with the jack system) and extract the hub itself. Using needle nose pliers, remove the bearing locking seeger ring and apply the jack extractor to extract the old bearing from its seat. Therefore, replace the rear seeger and insert the new bearing always with the jack system; apply the front fixing seeger. With the caliper puller remove the inner race of the old bearing left on the hub. Again with the jack system, reposition the hub in the new bearing and insert the drive shaft inside it by pulling it with the special extractor and finally tighten the fixing nut. Finally, refit the brake disc, the caliper and the wheel.

How to set the time on the Peugeot 308

If we need to change the time on this car we can follow the instructions given in this video tutorial and read the instructions below. First of all, access the driver's seat and turn on the ignition. On the right multifunction lever there are the controls with the arrows to scroll the various menu functions and scroll the various functions up to "display adjust", after which press the button behind the lever to change the time, once set the new value press again the key with the arrow indication and modify the minutes in this way the work will be completed.
