Replacing Spark Plugs on Volkswagen Golf Mk6

Model: Volkswagen Golf MK 6, Golf VI, Golf 6, 5K1 - Years 2008-2012

Remove the engine cover by pulling the lever to open the bonnet and lifting the front bonnet, securing it in place. Use a socket wrench to remove the soundproofing panel covering the cylinder head. Remove the coils and unscrew the spark plugs (spark plug socket) with your socket wrench. Pull them out of the cylinder head. Take the new spark plugs and guide them into the engine head using the extension of the socket wrench. Tighten them securely, refit the ignition coils, and reinstall the previously removed panel. Close the bonnet after maintenance.
