In order to remove the gearbox, after having raised the car on suitable car stands, it is necessary to remove the axle shaft (by removing the pins around the connecting flange), the starter motor, the lower support that connects the gearbox to the car chassis , the clutch cable and unscrew all the pins along the gearbox bell that secure it to the engine block: at this point it is possible to remove the gearbox and therefore the flywheel. You will notice the play of the flywheel masses which often tend to make it noisy: for this reason, when replacing the clutch it is advisable to replace the flywheel as well.
