Removing the Headlining on Passat

Is the headlining of the Volkswagen Passat coming loose? Let’s see how to remove the covering panel from under the roof. Remove the side handles of the headlining with a screwdriver, then remove the sun visors and the overhead lighting unit positioned in the panel. Once everything is removed, detach the headlining panel around the perimeter of the car's roof. Once the panel is free from clips, you can pull it out of the vehicle. Have the covering panel repaired or replace it with a new one. During the installation of the new panel, secure the clips underneath the panel and under the pillar covers.
