How to Replace the Radiator Temperature Sensor on the Volkswagen Golf 4?

Model: Volkswagen Golf Golf IV, MK 4, Golf 4 - Years 1997-2003

To replace the temperature sensor in the radiator of the Volkswagen Golf 4, open the bonnet to access the engine compartment. The sensor is located on the right side of the engine, near the driver's seat, connected to a pipe. To replace it, remove its retaining clip, pull it out of its housing, and disconnect the corresponding plug. Once the old sensor is removed from its plug, connect the new sensor. It should then be reinserted into its place and secured with its clip.

How to Reset the Tyre Pressure Light on the Opel Grandland X
