Engine Air Filter Replacement

You can change your car's air filter without necessarily going to a garage, thus saving on labour costs. Simply open the bonnet of your car, securing it with the prop rod. You will then find a hard black plastic compartment above the engine, secured with bolts, which contains the air filter. Unscrew the bolts to remove it. After this, just pull out the old filter from the housing. Replace the old filter with the new one, ensuring it is inserted in the correct orientation.
