In this tutorial, see how to remove the driver's seat in a Volkswagen Jetta, a simple and quick task. Before proceeding, open the bonnet and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery to prevent accidental airbag activation. Start by moving the seat all the way back, then locate the two front bolts of the mounting brackets and, using a 10mm XZN socket, completely undo them. Repeat the process on the rear side, disconnect the connector located underneath the seat, and remove the seat from the cabin.
