Where are the fuses located in the Volkswagen Passat?

In the Volkswagen Passat, all fuses are contained within the appropriate fuse boxes that are located on the vehicle: in this type of car, three can be found. The first is located on the side of the dashboard on the driver's side, accessible by opening the door: this contains the fuses for the courtesy lights, horn, instrument panel, etc. The second is located on the opposite side of the dashboard: it contains the fuses for the courtesy lights, air conditioning, etc. The last box is located to the right of the engine compartment: it contains the fuses for the fuel pump, radiator fan, etc.
