Using an articulated ratchet wrench, gently unscrew the oil filter by acting on the nut on the head and extract it from its seat. Empty the residual oil in the container and filter into a tray. Carefully clean the inside of the filter with a rag. Replace the rubber gasket of the container. Replace the used cartridge with a new one of the same type. Refit the oil filter being careful to screw it in correctly and top up with new oil if it is missing. Do not disperse the used oil in the environment but take it to the appropriate collection centers.
