Removing the Front Door Panel

Model: Volvo Xc90 MK 1 - Years 2002-2014
Part: Door trim panel

First, detach the plastic triangle located just behind the external rearview mirror; also disconnect the internal handle grip and then remove the screws underneath. At this point, unclip the retaining clips along the edges of the panel using a flat tool; disconnect the cable for the release lever and the connectors for the power window switch. From inside the panel, you can remove the screws for the release lever mounting bracket by detaching the outer trim. Reverse the process for reassembly.
