Instructions for Removing the Car Radio

This is an aftermarket car radio, not the original factory unit: to remove it, you need the specific extraction keys usually included in the radio's packaging. Start by removing the trim, then insert the extraction keys laterally to release the locking tabs from the support frame and pull the radio forward; disconnect the antenna cable and the power connector; for installation, reverse the process by reconnecting the antenna and power, and insert the radio into the frame until the tabs click into place, then reposition the trim.
