Operation: Disassembly of the air conditioning radiator

To access the air conditioning radiator, it is necessary to start by disassembling the air intake located under the windscreen in the engine compartment and removing the connecting pipes. Then remove the steering wheel and the plastic protections on the steering column. Then move on to remove the parts on the tunnel under the gearbox and the electrical parts contained therein. Remove the glove box and part of the dashboard attached. Remove the parts covering the roof pillars. Unscrew all the sealing screws of the dashboard until it is completely removed. Also remove the side parts of the tunnel. Remove the air conditioning radiator unit which can now be completely removed. Place the unit on a surface and remove all the various parts until accessing the radiator to be replaced.

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes.
