How to remove the door panel on BMW 5 Series, let's see how to proceed. Before starting the disassembly work, disconnect the battery terminals located in the engine compartment. Use a lever or screwdriver to remove the trim from the panel; unscrew the screws with the screwdriver. Unscrew the remaining screws on the door panel and detach the retaining clips. Disconnect the power connectors for the window regulator, the speaker located in the handle, and the tension cable for the door release lever. Finally, grasp the panel with your hands and pry it off the door. Remove the adhesive covering on the door sheet metal and perform maintenance inside.
