Remove Air Filter on BMW 3

Model: BMW Serie 3 E91, E90, E92 - Years 2005-2013

Is the air filter damaged? Let's replace it on the BMW 3. Open the car door, pull up the hood release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, and lift the hood. Secure it with the prop rod. Remove the air box. Open the air kit (unscrew the fastening screws), remove the cover of the filter box, and take out the worn air filter. Insert a new filter into the designated housing (making sure it fits snugly against the walls). Reinstall the air box in the engine compartment, connect the intake hose, and the supply clamp.
