Model: Buick Enclave MK 1 - Years 2008-2017
Part: Front bumper
Operation: How to remove the front bumper of the Buick Enclave Mk1.

The guide shows how to disassemble the front bumper of the Buick Enclave Mk1. The first step is to remove the plastic cover of the engine compartment by detaching the plastic clips. Using a Torx T20 screwdriver, remove the screws on the top part of the radiator grill. Remove the two 10mm fixing bolts on the lower part of the bumper. Remove the two Torx T20 screws that lock the end of the wheel arch on both sides. Remove the fixing screws of the wheel arch from the tire compartment. Remove the locking screw of the side of the bumper and detach the finishing insert. Remove the 7mm bolt and detach the end of the bumper. Disconnect the fog light connector and repeat the same steps on the other end of the bumper. At this point, firmly holding the bumper, it is possible to remove it from its position. Reassembly is done by reversing the steps previously performed.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. Also in this case it is not necessary to remove it completely but, paying attention to the connected cables, it can be stowed in front of the passenger seat. At this point we notice that at the base of the handbrake lever, on the front, we find a nut. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise. Once adjusted, the center console can be repositioned first, pressing lightly to engage it, and then the profile of the gearbox base.
