In this tutorial we can see how to replace the thermostat in the Chevrolet Cruze, a simple operation but one that requires good manual skills. First of all, make sure that the engine is completely cold, then release the right side of the lower partition, connect a tube to the drainage valve, open it and let all the coolant in the system drain out. Next, remove both the air filter box and the intake duct, locate the thermostat and disconnect both the connector and both tubes. At this point, all that remains is to unscrew the three fixing bolts, remove the thermostat, place the replacement and reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.
