How to Remove the Cooling Radiator on Chrysler Voyager

To remove the cooling radiator on a Chrysler Voyager, open the bonnet. Using a suitable socket wrench, remove the front headlights and take them out. Remove the front bumper and start unscrewing the plates that secure the radiator at the top. Then, lift the car on a column lift and loosen the clamp on the water hose. Disconnect the various hoses of the cooling system with pliers. If necessary, unscrew the lock that secures the bonnet to facilitate removal. Once free from screws and hoses, you can extract the fan assembly and then the radiator from the engine bay. Prepare to fit the new part in the engine bay: install the cooling fans, clamps, pins, and various pipes. Refit the radiator mounting brackets with all the disassembled parts.
