Removal and Replacement of the Air Conditioning Radiator

To access the air conditioning radiator, start by draining the cooling system. Remove the wiper assembly, then the air intake located under the windscreen in the engine bay, and disconnect the connecting pipes. Next, remove the steering wheel and the plastic covers on the steering column. Proceed to remove the components on the tunnel beneath the gearbox and the electrical parts contained within. Take out the glove compartment and part of the dashboard attached to it. Remove the parts covering the roof pillars. Unscrew all the retaining screws of the dashboard until it can be completely removed. Also, take off the side parts of the tunnel. Dismantle the air conditioning radiator assembly, which can now be completely removed. Place the assembly on a flat surface and remove all various parts until you can access the radiator to be replaced.
