How to replace the timing chain of the Fiat Panda MultiJet

We start the replacement of the timing belt of the new generation Fiat Panda multijet by lifting the vehicle using stands. After lifting the vehicle using a Torx key of 45, we unscrew the oil cap to let the used oil drain into a container. Using a 7mm socket wrench, we unscrew the oil filter box in order to replace the filter inside. After replacing the filter, we screw the cap back on and close the oil pan nut. We then unscrew the screws holding the air filter box, releasing the side tubes; with a hex key, we remove the aluminum plate. We continue removing parts to access the camshaft and timing belt. We remove the coolant tube to remove the flute and plates. We insert our tool in the front and back of the crankcase and remove the coolant tank. Then we remove the right front wheel and fender in order to access the bracket holding the belt together. We loosen the tensioner with a 15mm key and remove the timing belt. We insert the new belt and tighten the tensioner roller before mounting the fender and bracket. We unscrew the oil pan to remove the engine support. We remove the water pump pipes to remove it, working with more space on the upper nuts. We let the pump liquid drain into a container before mounting it again. We remove the base and the particulate filter box. We remove the distribution cover in order to remove the distribution chain. We insert the new chain and proceed with the assembly of the previously removed pieces.
