How do you replace the fuel pump of the Ford Mondeo?

In order to replace the fuel pump of the Ford Mondeo, you need to loosen the screws that secure the rear seat bench: once these screws are loosened, it will be possible to completely remove the bench and access its underlying components. The circular panel covering the pump must be removed to access the pump's mounting screws: at this point, the connectors and small tubes can be disconnected in order to remove it. The new pump can then be inserted to ensure that everything is functioning correctly.
