Here’s the guide on how to remove and replace the glow plugs on the Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCi engine. In this video, you will see how to carry out the replacement with the engine removed; however, it is also possible to replace the glow plugs with the engine installed. First, remove the diesel filter by unscrewing the screws and disconnecting the electrical connector; then remove the EGR valve by disconnecting the hose, as shown in the video. At this point, use a socket wrench with an extension to remove the glow plugs, replacing them with new ones!
