How to Replace the Battery in a Ford Escape

Today, you will learn how to remove and replace the battery in a Ford Escape by following the instructions below. First, open the hood of your vehicle and start by removing the plastic cover located at the top of the engine compartment, under the windshield wipers. Next, remove the screws from the brake fluid reservoir as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect both battery terminals by loosening the nuts on the positive and negative posts. Remove the old battery and replace it with a new one that has the same amperage!
