To replace the transmission fluid in a Genesis G80, lift the vehicle to access the underside near the engine compartment. You will find the protective panel for the transmission, which must be removed by unscrewing the fastening screws. This will allow you to insert the hose into the transmission vent to drain the used fluid. Once finished, insert the new fluid through the same vent using a syringe to introduce the fluid; after the replacement, reinstall the transmission cover.
