The procedure required to reset the engine oil light in the GMC Sierra is very simple and can be performed by anyone without any problems. Just follow the instructions below to avoid mistakes.

First, insert the key, turn it to the first position, and turn on only the vehicle's electrical system. Next, press the button with the LEFT arrow (located on the right side of the steering wheel) and scroll through the menu until you find the "Info" option.

Select it with the "OK" button and then scroll down until you see the entry related to the remaining oil life. Finally, press and hold the "OK" button for a few seconds and release it.
