Using a plastic tool to avoid damaging the bodywork, leverage the cover on top of the ventilation vent above the car radio to release the plastic fasteners, and then remove it along with the vents to access the console's sealing screws. Move the gear lever down and protect the bodywork with a cloth. Remove the ventilation control console and remove the plastic frame around the radio by leveraging the edges. Unscrew the radio console's sealing screws and completely remove it. Remove the necessary electrical wiring connectors to install the kit. Unscrew the two sealing screws of the lower storage compartment and also remove the plastic cover of the upper storage compartment. Using a drill, make a large enough hole to pass the iPod connector through the newly removed plastic. Then, insert a rubber grommet into the hole. Prepare the cables provided in the iPod kit, which should be inserted into the original connectors and the other end inserted into the kit's control unit. Wire the kit according to the attached instructions and secure it inside the dashboard. Reassemble the cover by passing the cables through the radio tunnel. Reassemble the radio by performing the reverse operations. Turn on the radio and check the perfect functioning of all the new features provided.
