In this guide, we will look at the information on how to perform the routine maintenance service by replacing the engine oil and oil filter for the Land Rover Range Rover 3.0 V6. First, let's lift the vehicle and start removing the lower engine panel by unscrewing all the fastening screws.

Next, we unscrew the drain plug located on the oil pan, allowing the oil to drain into a container for about ten minutes.

At this point, we unscrew the oil filter cartridge using the appropriate tool, replacing it with a new one; we then reattach the filter and top up with the new oil.
