The engine on this vehicle is located under the passenger seat, so to access the oil fill cap, you need to flip the seat and open the cap. Then, lift the vehicle and locate the drain plug under the oil pan. Get a container to collect the used oil and unscrew the plug. Wait a few minutes for all the oil to drain out, then re-screw the plug. Near the oil drain plug is the filter, which needs to be unscrewed with the appropriate wrench and replaced with a new one after replacing and lubricating the gasket. Then screw on the new filter and return to the cabin to fill the system with new oil.
