How to disassemble the front seat of a Mazda 2?

Model: Mazda 2 MK 3, DJ - Years 2014-2023

To remove the front seat of a Mazda 2, start by moving the seat to the furthest back position possible to access the front bolts. Turn off the engine and disconnect the battery to avoid any short circuit with the airbags. Use a ratchet key to unscrew the bolts that secure the front part of the seat to the vehicle floor. Once removed, move the seat forward to access the rear bolts and remove them in the same way. Carefully lift the seat to expose the electrical connectors that connect the airbags and seat sensors. Disconnect these connectors by pressing the release tabs and pulling them gently. Now you can remove the seat from the vehicle. Be careful not to scratch the interior surfaces of the car during removal.
